Hokage moves in youth circles in the Philippines refers to a man who tries everything to get a woman. He makes a ninja moves just to get in touch with the girl he likes. The word is taken from a Japanese manga series Naruto, in which a hokage is a high-ranking ninja.
Earlier this March 2017, another video showing President Duterte with a young lady caught the attention of netizens that sparked discussions all over the social media. The scenario showed the President that is not expected of any government official in the country.
In the video, President Duterte can be seen smiling while holding the hand off a lady. However, there is no clarification if the video was taken before or after Duterte took the Presidency. The reason why he was holding the hand of the young lady is not also clear.
The video was posted by a blog facebook page "Pinoy Ako Blog" on March 12.
