Supporters of President Duterte went nuts on social media after a report published by News5 of TV5. A netizen claiming it as fake news regards to the case of Crime Against Humanity in the ICC against PRRD.

QUESTION ! Where the hell did News5 TV get this information that Duterte will have a preliminary examination ?! 👊👊👠👠😡😡
1.. They wrote this one-line news article that the preliminary examination on the letter complaint filed by Sabio will start moving (from preliminary examination into a preliminry investigation ) :
2. WE CHECKED. THERE IS NO MOVEMENT YET IN THIS LETTER COMPLAINT TO DATE. The first to obtain Notice is the government. Is News5 more important than government ?
3. Is there an informant inside the ICC that tipped off News5 ? Let us know the name so we can properly take legal action AGAINST THAT PERSON. Name him News5 !
4. By making this irresponsible report of a forthcoming preliminary examination, citizens were alarmed, were it not for our timely posts saying that a preliminary examination is not like a trial. There is no hearing open to the public during a preliminary examination. The Court announces everything. But News5 preempted all that WITH WRONG INFORMATION. Then we decided to make our investigation.
5. In layman's terms, the Prosecutor chooses a letter complaint and then should the Prosecutor choose to investigate, it becomes a "situation" first, before it becomes a "case". The Prosecutor would study if the case falls under the jurisdiction of the ICC AND if it is admissible (issues of complementarity (are there pending cases for the same issues-same subject matter- then case dismissed !, gravity, etc. If it passes tests on jurisdiction and admissibility, the Prosecutor would need to make applications with the Pre-Trial Chamber.
6. BUT THE PROSECUTOR is not bound by any timeline to proceed from preliminary examination to preliminary investigation. It can take years. or NEVER. HENCE, everything is confidential and known only to those within the court. If someone told News5, WHO IS THIS BIG BLABBERMOUTH WHO INFORMED MEDIA BEFORE INFORMING THE GOVT. AS AGREED BETWEEN THE COURT AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY OF STATES PARTIES and IN VIOLATION OF SUCH AGREEMENT ? NAME THE PERSON NEWS5 !! this is serious e...... if you were here, I would already make sure you are reported to the Court for disinformation.
7. Back to the domestic front.. when News5 released this unreliable news item, the following were the deadlines :
a. BAUTISTA and his P1 billion of unexplained wealth deposited during his term in PCGG and onwards. His brother does not know the source of other amounts and has not shown proof of paying taxes in the US and in the Philippines.
b. PCGG sequestered companies also deposited in the thrift bank where Bautista hid hundreds of millions, in violation of banking and financial rules. All took advantage of the Bank Secrecy Law.
c. Hontiveros admitted receiving donations several times from Dong, a druglord and who helped LP several times. Read what the law says on this.
d. Mabilog, included in PRRD's narco list, suddenly flew out of the country despite an NBI investigation and an ocular inspection in his house. He said he was the only mayor invited to an event in Japan. But why did his wife and children disappear as well ?
Upon checking that program in Yokohama, we found out the Iloilo City Govt. was invited to do the Opening Remaks. Mayor Mabilog's name was not mentioned (these documents attached in a prior post on Mayor Mabilog"s P1 illion bounty for a druglord and Duterte's disbelief)
e.Aside from Mabilog, a "BIG MAN" in Region 6 named by Manny Mejorada a former Provincial Administrator and journalist, is identified as a drug protector. The BIG MAN is believed to be the mentor of Mabilog and Godfather of drug protection, graft and corruption in Region 6.
f.The classmate of Mayor Mabilog, former Congress Rahman Nava who was also implicated in PRRD's narco list was also subject of another expose on my Page and Wall by Guimarasnons, complete with details. It is alleged that his brother Felipe's (the Governor then) anti-drug war resulted in the transfer of the anti-drug unit of the police just before the elections, and contrary to all pre-election surveys , his brother Felipe surprisingly lost and among his popular partymates, less than 5% survived the magic of Hcos - PCOS, when everybody thought they would win landslide and were receiving congratulatory messages during the campaign period, even from senators ! The police transfer is illustrated in the expose of VOV PH on "Ties that Bind" which includes Mar Roxas and the police officers named by PRRD in his narco list. As a result, the anti-drugs campaign of Gov. Nava ended thru PCOS electoral fraud.
g. Prevendido, a druglord was shot which makes 2 druglords for Iloilo City - Prevendido and Odicta.
